A hero is somebody who is selfless, who is generous in spirit, who just tries to give back as much as possible and help people. A hero to me is someone who saves people and who really deeply cares.
Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, in my opinion, is a hero.
She appeared before the Senate Judiciary Committee last week to tell her story about the terrifying sexual assault she endured as a teenager.
In spite of the brutal consequences, both real and imagined, confronting her and her family, she faced her fears with gracious dignity.
Rather than succumbing to anger, hatred, and revenge, she demonstrated patience, humility, and courage.
Fear and All of His Children are formidable, often insurmountable adversaries; last week, they met their match.
