Many people, including myself, believe that the power or right to think, act, speak and choose are precious and sacred gifts bestowed on all human beings by God.
Fortunately, these same rights are guaranteed and protected in the United States of America by our Constitution.
It is conceivable that, as in many countries in our world, these gifts, these powers, these rights may one day be restricted or eliminated by those who govern.
Thankfully, for the present, these rights which we as citizens have always considered sacred and protected by law are at present threatened by turmoil, chaos, uncertainty and fear.
As intelligent and concerned citizens we understand that we cannot change the present conditions and atmosphere presently existing in our country-it is what it is.
However, we can change what will happen in the future; we cannot idly sit by accepting and doing whatever those in charge decide and enforce-that is self-bondage and enslavement.
It is our responsibility, our duty, to change ourselves from submissive to proactive residents of this free country for the well-being of ourselves, our families, and especially our children, and each and every member of our society.
We must use the most power powerful and nonviolent weapon in our arsenal to defeat any and all adversaries-the guaranteed and protected right to vote.
Do not hesitate to wield and exercise it.
